Renewals through MyGPhC
We have become aware of an issue with the use of a security feature recently introduced by Worldpay, our online payment providers we use through MyGPhC. Some registrants are finding that their declaration and payment are being rejected once they reach or use this function in the process.
To reduce the possibility of having issues, we recommend that you use an internet browser like Chrome or Firefox on a PC which are free to download, rather than use a tablet or mobile telephone. Anyone using Microsoft XP or earlier could also face difficulties.
